To use the category tool - Use the item category located on left of the K-steelbook page and select by categories of main, 1st sub, and 2nd sub categories from the list. This is the method that is most widely used. Once you decided to purchase the item click either “Add to Cart” or “Wish List”. “Add to Cart” is same as “Buy It Now”. By clicking the link, you will be led to the payment process.
(Pre-Order)
It means the item will be released in the near future.
*Caution-If you selected “Pre-Order”-items and added them to shopping cart but logged out without paying, then the items will be removed from your shopping cart.
"Pre-Order" items are often sold out before being released.
Therefore, those who wish to purchase a "Pre-Order" items please complete the payment.
*Note: Release Date of "Pre-Order" items should be delayed due to circumstances of the publisher or the distributors. Thus, we cannot take any responsibilities upon release date of the “Pre-Order” items. If the “Pre-Order” items you paid cannot be shipped in near future, then we will notify you and will refund after agreeing between both sides.
(Out Of Stock)
It means that the item has been sold out or is out-of-stock.

We provide two shipping methods.
It is our basic shipping methods.
Packages less than 2kg with can be shipped via Standard Air Mail
2.EMS (Express Mail Service)
It is the fastest and safest way.
And it has no limit on package weight , but is shipping method with higher costs than Standard Air Mail.
Packages above 2kg can be shipped via EMS.
Case the customer wants can be shipped via EMS.(even if packages is less than 2kg )

- Refund & Exchange Policy.
The shipping costs occurring from refund process due to misdelivery or product defect are the responsibility of our shopping mall and we will make our best effort to process your request as soon as possible.
- Requirements for exchange/refund request.
Please take into consideration that K-steelbook accepts refund requests only and not exchange requests. However, please understand that we need to test every returned items and it will take time. After we test the returned items, we will decide to refund or not to refund. In both cases, you will get a message from us.
1.Eligible for refund:
- Products that are out of stock.
- Misdelivered orders.
- Defective products.
* To get your refund, the returned product must include the free gift given to the purchase of the item and keep its original condition. Package unopened, in original status as we sent it to you.
2. Ineligible for refund:
- Refund requests due to the customer’s change of mind
- Refund requests for the entire order which contains out-of-stock items.
- Refund requests for damaged or deformed products due to the customer’s responsibility.
